1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier information

You can also track your order by logging into your Baby Bloom House account and visiting "Order History." Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Baby Bloom House has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your packages arrive safely:

  • USPS - Standard and expedited domestic shipping
  • UPS - Express and overnight domestic shipping
  • FedEx - Premium domestic and international shipping
  • DHL - International shipping

The carrier is selected based on the shipping method chosen, package weight, and destination. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.

6. Delivery Issues

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property, including with neighbors.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  3. Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  5. If still unresolved, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are proud to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that only USPS can deliver to these addresses, so express shipping options may not be available. Delivery to military addresses may take longer due to additional processing requirements.
