Our Promise
At Baby Bloom House, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Undergarments and socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or customized items
- Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more off the original price
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
3. How to Return an Item
Online Returns
- Initiate Your Return: Log into your Baby Bloom House account and go to "Order History." Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Start Return."
- Select Items: Choose the item(s) you want to return and select a reason for the return.
- Print Shipping Label: A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and attach it to your package.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
- Track Your Return: You can track your return status through your account.
Return by Mail (Without Account)
If you checked out as a guest or prefer to return by mail without logging in:
- Include a note with your order number, name, and reason for return.
- Mail the package to our returns center (address below).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. After inspection:
- Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card: Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, you may request store credit, which will be issued immediately upon approval.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of purchase.
- The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and process your return.
- If the exchange item is a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
- For fastest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer you the choice of:
- A full refund
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- Store credit for the full purchase price
Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting our customer service team to expedite the process.

8. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service team. Gift returns will be issued as store credit to the recipient. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return.
